I am very happy with the write-up, I recognised a lot about myself that I have not paid attention to previously. Including the things that I would prefer to keep at a distance but that I am now more aware of, which is a useful process. I have never considered myself in the same kind of way before. There were also moments when I laughed out loud because the feedback was spot-on.
