Through a management audit and individual analysis, create a new organisation and base for alignment and further development as this company grew immensely over night. At a later stage the total organization were analysed to identify the existing culture in each of the merged companies in order to create a joint culture.
Group targeted:
9 managers were targeted, seven people in the management team with a replacement of two of these managers. The culture analysis was executed on all 130 employees.
DESIGN
All individuals in the management were invited perform a TopDec and got an extended feedback and coaching with the TopDec report as guidance. The assessment showed very clearly which of the participants were suggested should leave the management due to poor performance and weak potential to grow. All members of this crew as well as other colleagues of the staff were given the opportunity to use TopDec for self coaching.
An organisation analysis identified cultures in all the of the merged companies and a new culture was implemented were all employees continuously use TopDec as their self coaching tool once every four months. The results from all “Work- TopDec” is then presented to the CEO as a calibrator for further developments.
RESULTS
The management audit took three weeks to pursue, the culture analysis took two weeks and the self coaching and calibration process is an ongoing process.
All individuals were very content that they had been involved in this project and assessed according to an unbiased methodology. They appreciated TopDec as a very good tool for this kind of purpose. Easy to apply, relevant feedback and a valid tool for correcting new implementation within the staff.
