It is an online tool based on an algorithm that measures and analyzes attitudes. The tool measures the attitudes in real time and summarizes them in a constructive and indicative report.

How can you say that TopDec is unbiased?
It is you who gives all input. The algorithm manages the cognitive process and cognitive principles are the same for all individuals regardless of ethnicity, gender, age and religion.
Why do you measure and analyze attitudes and not personality?
Attitudes are the individual’s response and action towards the outside world. Attitudes can change, unlike the personality, which is largely unaffected if you do not use drugs or engage in deep psychotherapy.
How can you compare different individuals with TopDec?
TopDec measures the attitudes from seven different aspects and it is the numerical value of those that are opposed to each other when comparing individuals.
What reliability does TopDec have?
Reliability can not be determined as TopDec relies on the individual’s attitudes that change according to the current situation. Repetitive measurements become completely irrelevant except for the individual himself.
TopDec is no test and therefore, reliability is not relevant.
What validity does TopDec have?
The validity assessment can only be done by the individual himself, since all inputs in TopDec are created by the individual and the changes can be studied by the individual himself.
TopDec is not a test and therefore the validity is insignificant as long as the individual experiences the feedback as relevant.
How can you say that you measure attitudes through just a few words?
You put the given words against an algorithm and the analysis is presented by scientifically experienced physicians, coaches and organizational consultants.
Where is TopDec used?
Everywhere. An online tool has no geographical limitations. TopDec is used individually, by private companies and by public organizations.
Who has access to my TopDec?
No one can see your input. As soon as you get your report, all your input is deleted. Only raw data is saved for research purposes.
In a B2B you can see the calculations regarding prioritization, valuation and impact. However, never the individual input.
What data is saved?
Only raw data stored for research purposes. All other information will be deleted as soon as you receive your report.
How to study attitudes in large populations using TopDec?
Since numerical measurements are made, statistical conclusions can be drawn from the material. The analysis of these measurements is made by highly experienced management consultants and physicians who specialize in organizational psychology.
What is the difference between TopDec and a horoscope?
In a horoscope, you do not give your own input. TopDec is based solely on your own input.
A lot of things in my report feels inaccurate.
