To enhance the new CEO’s possibilities to get hold of the organisation and to enable a new organisation to increase the performance and results as the owners had decided to sell the company within a couple of years.
Group targeted:
Total 378 pax needed to be profiled and reorganized for an implementation of new business idea within two months.
DESIGN
Everybody within the organisation was assessed by TopDec together with a screening of capabilities and professional experiences. All the staff was interviewed according to their results in TopDec. A new organisation was created and the new CEO’s ideas presented within two months.
Eight TopDec ambassadors were selected for the purpose of supporting their colleagues in the process. The ambassadors were given guidance weekly by TopDec. All data was assembled and the results from the survey was to be presented for the whole organisation at the same time, oral and written.
RESULTS
The energy and engagement in every team increased, as all staff appreciated that their individual input was taken into consideration and their changes in performance was recognized. The company was sold 14 months after this project for an increased value of more than 50%.
