Dr. Gunilla Sandström PhD
Gunilla is a certified psychologist and specialized psychotherapist. She is Specialized in clinical and forensic psychology. Her experiences have been gained through years of psycho-therapeutic work with individuals and groups, as well as from acute psychiatric work, neuro-psychology, legal psychiatry and also as a consultant. She has extensive experience as a management consultant in private and public sector with focus on change management, management development and risk analysis in top management recruitment. Gunilla also has extensive international experience having lived and worked for a long time in South East Asia (Kuala Lumpur).
Christina Örvén
Christina has a long international background working within the Hospitality industry across three continents. Her extensive understanding of organisations´ cultural challenges is a valuable asset to the development of TopDec and TopDec's clients.
Maj-Lis Pettersson
Maj-Lis has been a part of many successful companies, both large and small, being responsible for the finance process and accounting.
Arild Russ
Arild has over 40 years experience as a CEO in various fields and sectors throughout all of Europe. He also has experience from Management Consulting with focus on Sales & Marketing, Retail Management, Service Management and Change Management. Arild have also been Instrumental as Acting Boarding Member in several IPOs.
Ulf Löwenhav
Ulf is both an experienced practitioner in investment banking and a lecturing and researching behavioural economist.
As a partner of Pinq Mango, Ulf is focusing on equity and debt market transactions and is an investment banking and strategy adviser to Scandinavian and UK based companies. In addition to that, he is an adjunct professor at Stockholm Business School in behavioral economics, and a research associate and DBA candidate at Henley Business School, focusing on strategic financial decisions in the boardroom, an interconnecting area of finance with psychology, anthropology, and philosophy.
